KonSULT is designed to be of benefit to transport professionals in developing urban transport strategies and in selecting, designing and implementing specific measures. It should assist politicians and other decision-makers, as well as community organisations and other interest groups, in understanding the role and potential of different measures. It can provide a key source for those involved in transport research and teaching.

We welcome comments, queries and suggestions from users. If there is something which you think is missing from KonSULT, or it contains material which you do not understand, or with which you disagree, please contact us, providing a reference to the material in question.

We particularly welcome additional case study material. If you know of useful illustrations of particular policy instruments, please contact us with a brief indication of the instrument concerned, the location and the broad results.
