KonSULT is designed to be of benefit to transport professionals in developing urban transport strategies and in selecting, designing and implementing specific measures. It should assist politicians and other decision-makers, as well as community organisations and other interest groups, in understanding the role and potential of different measures. It can provide a key source for those involved in transport research and teaching.
