Research Themes
The essence of ITS is the application of a multi and inter-disciplinary approach to transport issues. Whilst the ITS Research Groups provide the organisational framework, the research itself achieves further cohesion through reference to a series of cross-cutting themes. These themes bring together staff from across the Institute and beyond, and are at the core of our endeavour to develop the research frontier.
