Research Interests

  • Transport and the Environment.
  • Better understanding the on-road vehicle fleet and its emission characteristics (Tate, 2010).
  • The application of a remote sensing Vehicle Emission Measurement System.
  • Coupling traffic microsimulations with instantaneous emission models (Tate, 2012; Zallinger, Tate et al, 2009).
  • Low Emission Zones, Strategies and Vehicles.
